Shopmobility offers a service at Union Square. Scooters and wheelchairs are available from the Shopmobility centre for a small donation. They can be found off the first floor of the multi-storey car park, close to a number of disabled car parking bays. More info can be found here.

We have a Changing Places toilet on the East Mall near Greggs and Burger King. This is for older families and people with disabilities. It contains a large wall-mounted bench and hoist. There is an intercom system for entry.
Between 11am – 12pm each Sunday, the centre delivers a quiet shopping experience where centre music will be turned off and lights will be dimmed where possible.
