Location: Aberdeen

At JLL, we’re excited to announce a new Operations Manager role in Aberdeen’s retail sector. This position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities: 

• Leadership in Facilities Management: You’ll oversee both hard and soft services contracts, ensuring our retail asset operates at peak efficiency while maintaining sustainability. 

• Health and Safety Champion: With your NEBOSH certification, you’ll lead our health and safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and preparedness across the organization. 

• Strategic Operational Excellence: Your expertise in budgetary management, KPI tracking, and RICS-compliant service charge management will be crucial in driving our asset’s performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety (required)

• NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent (desirable)

• Membership of IWFM or similar professional body (preferred)

The successful candidate will be a key member of our management team, reporting directly to the Centre Director and playing a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our retail asset.
