Main Duties Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a personalised and luxurious shopping experience. Assist customers in choosing designer eyewear, including iconic Ray-Ban designs and other premium brands, tailored to their prescriptions, lifestyle, and personal preference. Provide expert consultations on lens types, coatings, materials, and frame options, balancing functionality with fashion. Build lasting relationships with clients to foster trust, ensuring repeat visits. Advise clients on the care and maintenance of their exclusive eyewear to preserve its elegance and condition. Accurately interpret optical prescriptions and recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs. Conduct detailed measurements and fittings, ensuring frames and lenses align perfectly for optimal vision correction. Maintain optical instruments to the highest standards of precision. Handle advanced lens edging, glazing, and fitting for high-end designer frames. Operations & Confidentiality: Maintain the store’s luxurious aesthetic, ensuring displays of Ray-Ban and other designer collections are pristine and aligned with brand standards. Manage client records with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to data protection regulations. Process payments reflecting the professionalism of a premium retail experience.
