We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Driving Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and supporting the store’s operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by motivating and inspiring the team to achieve individual and store targets. Actively engage with customers on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans. Lead by example in delivering excellent product knowledge and styling advice. Team Supervision: Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to the HUGO BOSS brand values. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards of HUGO BOSS. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain a strong focus on customer loyalty and retention. Visual Merchandising & Store Standards: Support the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the store reflects the brand’s identity. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the store. Operational Excellence: Assist with stock management, including replenishment, inventory control, and stockroom organization. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store as required. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a premium or luxury brand. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding results. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering a premium customer experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
