Photography Policy 

This photography policy outlines the rules in place regarding any photography or film taken by visitors of the Union Square Developments Limited (Union Square) centre. 

• Union Square is a destination where people love to shop, eat, visit, work and spend time together
• Selfies and social photography are welcomed but please be mindful and respectful of others as you take your shots
• Union Square is private property and professional photography and filming is only allowed if permission has been granted in advance by the centre management team.
• Professional photography and filming is classed as a work activity. Please contact Union Square via customer.service@unionsquareaberdeen.com to enquire about applying for permissions
• Filming, photography or sketching of the building’s infrastructure, is not permitted without the permission of the centre management team.
• Please do not film, photograph or sketch colleagues at work.
