Terms and conditions green travel survey

Union Square Green Travel Survey – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all occupiers of Union Square who complete the green travels survey, excluding staff members working in the Union Square management team.
2. Three winners will each receive one £50 Aberdeen Gift Card each.
3. To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the green travel survey and enter their email address.
4. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in their survey response.
6. Prizes must be collected from the Union Square Management Suite within 30 days of notification.
7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
8. The decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
10. The prize draw organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
11. Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of conducting this prize draw and will be handled in accordance with the Union Square privacy policy.
