Vacancy Description: We are looking for a passionate & sales driven assistant at our Fragrance Stall/Kiosk. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Stall. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs whilst meeting targets. Effectively hand out tester cards to the people approaching or passing by the kiosk. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while ensuring satisfaction. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor to promote products effectively. Handle customer inquiries in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills and ensure all sales are recorded correctly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. Communicate effectively with customers , catering to a diverse clientele.
