This Christmas, something special is coming to Union Square… come and meet Santa, in his magical bagpipe grotto!
The grotto will open from 10.30am – 4.30pm on Sunday 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December, plus on Friday 20th and Monday 23rd December.
The grotto is located in the upper mall, by Saks and Estabulo.
To visit, simply book a FREE time slot here. Please note that pre-booking is advised. If time slots are not fully booked, spaces will be allocated on the day to walk-ins, on a first-come first-served basis.
Your time slot is your entry period which is 15 minutes. Please arrive at the beginning of your time slot to ensure Santa can meet all his friends on time. To note, there may be a small wait (up to 15 minutes) if your time slot is fully booked.
Elves may not be able to admit you if you arrive after your 15 minute time slot has closed.
